I suspect the presence of the Kat was simply a leader for all of Samba Film's home releases; the design looks similar to those of the Scrappy cartoons, which were originally released by Columbia and later by Samba.It's an early example of the decrying of animal testing. Too bad it just makes things look silly. Still, what do you expect of a caroon aimed at children?
