剧情简介: Perhaps the peak of Adult Cinema's "porno chic" movement, at least for non-story content, is the work of Andrew Blake in the 1990s, represented by films like this one, "Hidden Obsessions", "Secrets" and "Night Trips".His style is pretty much of a dead end, as indicated by how this movie has dated over the decades. It's a style generated by the endless array of Playboy and Penthouse videos of the 1980s, pretty non-narrative showcases for the magazines' models.Adapting that style to hardcore porn is the basic innovation: visual beauty and pantomime sex driven along by a musical score by Rock Hard that is boh mesmerizing and dull. With much of the novelty worn off, what remains is the dullness, along with nostalgia for an earlier period.Zara Whites dominates the screen overall, cast as the owner of an art gallery bearing her name, who either participates in the sex scenes, watches them or is shown masturbating as interstitial footage between scenes. Absence of dialog has been carried forward three decades later in the popular porno chic releases of France's Marc Dorcel, but the MOS lack of "sounds of sex" (the moans and squeals and snatches of pornspeak associated with porn) is a big drawback.For me, a strong nostalgia factor is casting Viviana in two strong scenes, first serviced on a stairway by Peter North and later in a threesome with a handily styled Randy West (not just the ladies here are presented as beauties) plus Zara. Viviana was my favorite actress during her brief career in the and I bought many of her VHS vehicles like "Hot on Her Tail", "Hard to Thrill" and "Spanish Rose".Viviana's co-star from "Hot on Her Tail" -Sandra Scream is impressive in a big boobs lesbian setpiece opposite Ashley Lauren, and the movie's biggest name -Savannah is iconic as an artist featured at Whites' gallery.
