- 剧情简介:
拉瑟在片中饰演一位性格暴躁的典狱长，他统领的这所州立监狱的囚犯暴动次数、医疗支出和狱警调动次数全都排名全国第一。更关键的是，他认为这些囚犯和州长没有给他应有的尊重。他尝试过许多惩罚手段，依然无法让这些囚犯守规矩，州长也给他下达了最后通牒：要么就管好囚犯，要么就关掉监狱。在自己得力助手德怀特(劳伦斯饰演)的建议下，他想出了一个极具“创意”的想法，这样可以管理好囚犯，还能省下数百万美元，而这个创意正是来自于《人体蜈蚣》电影！
