剧情简介: The Awesome Adventures of Victor Vector & Yondo: The Last Dinosaur Egg is an adventure game similar in style to a motion comic book. It's part of "The Awesome Adventures of Victor Vector & Yondo" Sci-Fi adventure game franchise that follows two cyborg programs, adventurous cyber-human Victor Vector and his faithful and always hungry time traveling partner and talking scaredy-cat St. Bernard cyber-dog, Yondo. They are time-traveling agents sent by the master computer from the future to research the past. The master computer runs the Museum of Fantastic Phenomena and he is always on the lookout for unique artifacts from the past. Since he can send programs through time, he asks the player character known only as the Archivist to help his best two field agents, who need to go to Cretaceous period at the end of Mesozoic era some 100 million years B.C., a time period also known as the age of reptiles. Their goal is to find and bring back a Tyrannosaurs Rex egg. However, an evil virus program called Ram Access, who wants to take over the world, messes up their time trip and they end up even further in the past. Now they must explore their prehistoric environment to find their chronometer and its power booster, the two parts they need to fix their time machine and jump forward in time to the right era. Vector has a small inventory with things that might come in handy and Yondo has a computer collar that has educational historical data on various animal species they encounter. They also have an energy bar. Whenever they make a wrong choice they'll lose a few bars of energy. They should find ways to replenish their health at that point. If too many wrong choices are made and the bar reaches zero, the game is over.
