剧情简介: People who deal professionally with the public - in government departments, airports, railway stations, offices, shops - often don't realise what effects their own behaviour can have on the behaviour of their customers. In this 'whodunnit' Detective Inspector Nugget investigates the mysterious death of Mr Hapless, who receives such poor service that he finally jumps, quite demented, into the lake.
