Plot: This show is above average, with good strong acting and beautiful scenery. I want to give it more time to develop but one thing is for sure, more Aya Sumika. She's talented, beautiful and will definitely be going places! What else has she been in?? The interplay between the characters is going to take some time to develop, but I hope they try and do something different. Too many shows go for the tired formulas and the unfortunate demise of the very fine Boomtown may discourage producers to be daring. Let's hope Hawaii can rise above being a "guilty pleasure" cop show. Great location ( i Used to live there). Good all around cast. The story lines -- we'll have to wait and see. But these guys are off to a good start. Viva Hawaii.
