  • 剧情简介: Suffering his midlife crisis, Reinier Scholten has become a negative person with deep hate towards foreign people, including his black neighbor Mr. Mutaba and his daughter Bowy. His fascist colleagues Sander and Joost make it even worse. Alma is a 13 year old refugee from Mexico who lost her parents in a bus crash on their way to Holland. Due to a combination of circumstances her life gets entwined with that of Reinier. At first, they don't want to know anything of each other and things don't get easier for Reinier when Alma becomes friends with Bowy. However as days pass by, they grow a mutual affection that both complete their lives. But for how long can Reinier keep a secret to the outside world that he has an illegal minor living in his home before fate strikes?
