- 剧情简介: The Tropic of Capricorn runs through South Africa, the Indian Ocean, Australia, the Pacific, South America, and the Southern Atlantic. Only on December 21, the day of the summer solstice in the southern hemisphere, does the midday sun reach the zenith at this latitude. With the Altiplano and the Kalahari Desert, for example, some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world are located at or around the Tropic of Capricorn. For eight months, Greg Kiss traveled the world to photograph (in time-lapse) the most beautiful landscapes along the Tropic of Capricorn: from Namibia and Madagascar, across Australia to Argentina and Chile. He covered a distance of more than 24,800 miles in a rented 4x4. He spent more than 100 nights outdoors in a tent and took photos underwater, as well as at altitudes of 16,000 ft.
