Plot: Young couple, Will (Larry Bagby) and Nicole (LeeAnn Taylor), have everything going for them: a great marriage, beautiful home, and a baby on the way. Despite previous miscarriages, however, they are hopeful that this baby will be the child they've waited for. But everything in their world changes when Nicole's mentally disabled sister, Ali (Sue Rowe), is sent to live with them. Nicole and Ali soon collide in a conflict that has spanned a lifetime. Ali's special needs have always taken precedent over Nicole's needs, and she is still harboring resentment towards her younger sister. In a traumatic confontation with Ali, Nicole loses her baby and finds herself in a vulnerable and soul-searching place.
