He also takes upskirt pics of other women to sell to a magazine to earn some money on the side. The tone is lighthearted with comedic overtones.At the time of the film, one of the most popular female singers in Japan was named Seiko, and one of her rumored boyfriends was Toshihiko Tahara, who was a popular male singer at the time.The Impulse dvd looks to be tape sourced, but it's not unwatchable.
