  • Plot: Hollywood hopefuls Virginia Brooks, Rita Flynn and Phyllis Crane finally get a break and cast.... but when Miss Brooks is rehearsing a love scene with her leading man, boyfriend George Chandler doesn't realize it and knocks him down. Later, the director forgives them, and Miss Brooks kisses him..... and Chandler, at the craft table, starts throwing pies.It's one of the best pie fights I've seen in sound pictures, and the fun doesn't stop there. The third of four shorts in the Hollywood Girls series shows director Roscoe Arbuckle's sure ability with physical comedy and will please people with a taste for slapstick.
