Plot: Shoot The Moon is one of those films that after you see it, you feel good for days after. The film is so well done, and enjoyable that it is reminiscent of the old after school specials of the 1970's.Tom Hodges completely understands the humor and the angst of the teenage girl at the center of this absurd situation, but he never panders to the audience or makes it seem to over the top.If you get the chance to find this little gem, seek it out. It is well worth it.Tom Hodges is a great director, that handles comedy so well that he should be doing more films.
