  • Plot: "Clothes Pin" Jimmy Ashe decides that the time for him to retire has come and so offers to turn his clothes pin manufacturing plant over to his son. At first Jimmy, Jr. hesitates, but when he does decide to take over the business, he does so with a will to make good. Opposition is thrown in his path by Moran, a crooked businessman and financial power in the town of Diversity. When Moran attempts to ruin Jimmy's business by refusing to honor his lumber contract, he meets resistance that he has not foreseen. Jimmy, joined by his men, takes possession of the one-track railroad and refuse to relinquish it until they get the lumber. Thus Jimmy proves his mettle and saves the company.
