Plot: Duncan (Robin Nedwell) and Dick (Geoffrey Davies) return from their escapades on the MS Begonia ('"Doctor at Sea" (1974)') and manage to wangle new jobs at St Swithin's Hospital. Unfortunately for them, Professor Sir Geoffrey Loftus (Ernest Clark) is still on their case.
