Plot: The Klingon Honor Guard is the elite of Klingon security forces. They were founded by three leaders of the rebels who toppled a tyrannical king centuries ago. Once there were three schools that trained cadets, but now there is only one and the order itself is not as influential as it used to be. The player takes the role of the Order's latest cadet, who's interrupted during his training, when a mysterious group attacks the governing High Council and kills some of the leadership. It is clear that their goal is to kill Chancellor Gowron himself, so the cadet is ordered by Captain Kurn, Worf's younger brother, to stop them. He must fight through a series of lengthy missions to destroy the conspirators' forces and discover who their leader is. Eventually, the cadet faces the infamous Duras Sisters, two characters seen on Star Trek show and in ST: Generations movie, who might tell him more, but he must defeat them in combat first. This lengthy game consists of more then ten levels. The players gets his orders from Kurn before each mission, but there's very little dialogue and cutscenes in the game in general. The enemies include Klingons, Andorians, Nausicaans, Lethians, and other non-sapient creatures, like animals from the Klingon world. The player also gets to visit the ice prison on Rura Penthe, where part of the movie, Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, takes place. The game was developed primarily for 3dfx graphic cards, which are no longer in use.
