  • Plot: Reconnecting with Cat People: An Interview with Malcolm McDowell (2014)*** (out of 4) In this eight minute featurette actor Malcolm McDowell talks about working on 1982's CAT PEOPLE. He starts off talking about the director pitching him the idea and at first he wasn't sure if he wanted to do it. From here he talks about why he ended up doing the film and he goes into details about other things like appearing naked on the screen and what made Nastassja Kinski so good for the role. He also briefly talks about the real cats used in the film. For the most part this is another good interview with McDowell telling several good stories, although I'm sure some are going to be upset with his "memory" telling him that the original CAT PEOPLE wasn't any good. Outside of that McDowell tells some nice stories that fans of the film should enjoy.
