Plot: After the 60 revolt, the two schizophrenics who had escaped from the mental hospital, who came from an anatolian township, lost their way from snow, explained how they managed the district governor and the gendarmerie and they managed to the township. The message is "not the bad guys, but the losers can fix it". The name of the movie is the product of the conventions, such as when the ice is not thawed, the roads are not opened, the real governor does not come to the gendarmerie, and the schizophrenics are caught.
