Plot: Korè. A trapeze of lava rock washed by the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean, a cluster of creeks, nooks, rocks and marine grottos, a treasure chest of houses and little streets surrounded by the plains which outline the sinister profile of the gigantic prehistoric monolith of the legendary archeological site of the island. Maria, a police inspector, returns to Korè, the island where she was born, to marry her childhood sweetheart, Cristiano. Her arrival unleashes a tragic series of indecipherable murders: dark warnings, ghostly apparitions, stones that cry the blood of the victims- and unexplainable chain of events that seem to be linked to the ancient legends of the island and to an atrocious crime that occurred many years ago. A community dazed by the events and barricaded behind by their own traditions are forced to face up to their own lost identity...Maria decides to stay on the island to help Vasco Brandi, the new superintendent of Korè with the investigations who was sent from Rome to solve the murders. In the heart of the intrigue the island will reveal its mysteries and the secrets of its inhabitants.
