So, we know that a good sleep schedule helps to boost energy levels. We know that sleep is conducive to higher energy. So what’s wrong with napping?

Frequent naps can mess with your sleep schedule, meaning you sleep less at night. This, of course, means that you are more tired in the day. Which in turn means you need to nap again. It’s a vicious cycle!
